Loins girded
For especially through this desire he is able both to overturn and to wrestle down human beings — the loin being understood, as of the man, and the navel of the belly decently as of the woman — so that it may be shown that through such desire he most of all overpowers both the male and the female.

[μά]λιστα γὰρ διὰ ταύτης τῆς ὀρέξεως καὶ ἐκστρέφειν καὶ καταπαλαίειν δυνατός ἐστιν τοὺς ἀν(θρώπ)ους, τῆς ὀσφύος ὡς {δὲ} ἐπὶ τοῦ <ἀνδρὸς καὶ τοῦ> ὀμφαλοῦ τῆς γασ[τ]ρὸς εὐσχημόνως ὡς ἐπὶ τῆ<ς> θ[η]λεία<ς> νοουμένων, ἵνα δηλωθῇ ὅτι διὰ τῆς τοιαύτης ὀρέξεως μάλιστα κατισχύει καὶ τὸν ἄρρενα καὶ τὴν θηλείαν.
