A slave is not greater than his lord

“Truly, truly, I say to you, a slave is not greater than his lord, nor an apostle greater than the one who sent him.”

“If you know these things, blessed are you if you do them.”

Ἀμὴν ἀμὴν λέγω ὑμῖν, οὐκ ἔστιν δοῦλος μείζων τοῦ κυρίου αὐτοῦ οὐδὲ ἀπόστολος μείζων τοῦ πέμψαντος αὐτόν.

Εἰ ταῦτα οἴδατε, μακάριοί ἐστε ἐὰν ποιῆτε αὐτά.
