I have food to eat that you do not know
Meanwhile the disciples were asking him, “Rabbi, eat.” But he said, “I have food to eat that you do not know.”
To hear that clearly, we must ask what this food is — better than the disciples’ food, and unknown to them.

Ἐν δὲ τούτοις οἱ μαθηταὶ ἠρώτων αὐτὸν λέγοντες· Ῥαββί, φάγε. ὁ δὲ εἶπεν αὐτοῖς· Ἐγὼ βρῶσιν ἔχω φαγεῖν ἣν ὑμεῖς οὐκ οἴδατε.
ἵνα δὲ τρανότερον νοηθῇ τὸ ῥητόν, σκεπτέον τίς ἡ βρῶσις αὕτη ἡ κρείττων τῆς τῶν μαθητῶν, ἣν οὐκ ᾔδεισαν.
