Butter and honey; Christ among us

Butter and honey he shall eat — before he knows to refuse the evil and choose the good. Immanuel is God with us; the risen Lord stands at the door and knocks so that we may dine with him. Glory to Christ. Amen.

Butyrum et mel manducabit. Quomodo Christus prophetatur comedens butyrum et mel — antequam sciat reprobare malum et eligere bonum. Signum in nobis nascitur cum Emmanuel nobiscum Deus; qui aperit et introit cenat nobiscum. Gloria Christo. Amen.
