What does ‘It shall no longer be spoken’ mean, when the Manichaeans still maintain it today with such effort? It means this: no one belonging to the people of Israel, or accepting this Scripture’s authority, will dare believe such a thing after my ruling. Anyone who persists in that opinion neither obeys these writings nor will be counted among the true Israel.
