Everything you have published against us rushes toward one goal: persuading us that natural things are evil and that either the devil creates humans or God creates crimes. Still, I think brevity will gain something if I gather from different places into one account the chief arguments with which, when you wrap yourself in obscurity, you think you defend your whole opinion. I will first help them by an explanation, making clear what they attempt; then I will overthrow them, gathered rather than scattered, unfolded rather than tangled.
