If Christ changed the functions of the genitals, let it be believed that Adam corrupted them. If Christ corrected something in bodily sensations, let it be supposed that Adam’s fault disturbed them. If Christ made medicine pass through descent, let it be said that Adam transmitted the offense through generation.
