For if God's Law is the source and teacher of justice, its support can uphold God's fairness; it cannot attack it. The nature of things therefore does not permit injustice to draw any support from the authority of that Scripture whose sole reason for being proclaimed was to destroy injustice through its testimonies, remedies, threats, and punishments.
