Total leprosy = good death; live to Christ; Peter wood
Cyril: …defilement charges, he is clean. And of flesh then living if on the one hand there should be some remnant in him, Let him write-down, he says, the priest of him the uncleanness; for the flesh the living defiles him, and he is leprous; and this will share-equal also with the unto leprosy charges. (Leviticus 13:12-15)
Palladius: I would not have to understand what ever it is, which you say. For if the from a part leprosy defiles-down some, how would declare clean the altogether and whole?
Cyril: Thin-myth on the one hand then, O Palladius, the matter is, and we will think not somehow fighting as it were and leading-against for us the contemplation, to bring-in of the law the accurate. And there has been fitted some for each word both wise and necessary, and unslanderably having; and come let us say, if it seems good.
Palladius: Very much so; for you will speak as most-sweetly for me having thirsted.
Cyril: According to a double, I think, manner the most-lawful beside at least the virtue-loving God we will right the life. Either on the one hand, living for him the from passions and sin we refuse dying, and this is the not to suffer the leprosy; for for a living body a deadness happening-upon partial, completes the leprosy; or then according to another manner through a good dying, and of the no longer to live to endure worldly, just as some crown, the upon all the best we will bind-up vote. For thus to some writes the all-divine Paul: ‘Thus also you reckon yourselves’ (Romans 6:11)
Palladius: Speak then for me these also still clearly; for I understand not very much.
Cyril: For do we not, O Palladius, say thus, the over us death Christ endured, in order that the living, no longer for themselves may live, but for the over them having died and having been raised, that is Christ? (2 Corinthians 5:15)
Palladius: We say confessedly.
Cyril: We live then therefore for Christ, citizening on the one hand evangelically, and abominating the from sin dying, or the from passions death. And at least the all-divine Peter writes about Christ: ‘Who our sins brought-up in his body upon the wood, in order that having become-away from the sins, for the righteousness we may live.’ (1 Peter 2:24) For I think needing, those for whom there would be a word of the to live-through brightly, of every the knowing to deaden-down to go far, and to right very well the to be released of defilements.
Palladius: You speak well.
Cyril: So then, he would suffer least at least the as in leprosy

{ΠΑΛΛ.} Οὐκ ἂν ἔχοιμι νοεῖν ὅ τί ποτέ ἐστιν, ὃ φής. Εἰ γὰρ ἡ ἐκ μέρους λέπρα καταμιανεῖ τινας, πῶς ἀποφήνειε καθαροὺς ἡ εἰσάπαν καὶ ὁλοτελής;
{ΚΥΡ.} Οὐ γὰρ, ὦ Παλλάδιε, ταύτῃτοί φαμεν, τὸν ὑπὲρ ἡμῶν θάνατον ἀνατλῆναι Χριστὸν, ἵνα οἱ ζῶντες, μηκέτι ἑαυτοῖς ζῶσιν, ἀλλὰ τῷ ὑπὲρ αὐτῶν ἀποθανόντι καὶ ἐγερθέντι, τουτέστι Χριστῷ;
