Mercy on whom he wills
It depends not on human will or exertion, but on God, who has mercy. He has mercy on whomever he wills, and he hardens whomever he wills. Glory to God. Amen.
Latin
Non volentis neque currentis sed miserentis Dei. Cuius vult miseretur, et quem vult indurat. Gloria Deo. Amen.
