Burning the remainder
And these things were being completed in Christ, as he says: "For God was in Christ reconciling a world to himself," and the reconciliation was taking place in the "as an innocent lamb being led to be sacrificed he did not know." For they reckoned a wicked reckoning against him, having known that "the Son of man must suffer many things and be killed and on the third day rise."

Ταῦτα δὲ ἐν X(ριστ)ῷ ἐτελεῖτο ὥς λέγει· "Ὁ θ(εὸ)ς γὰρ ἦν ἐν X(ριστ)ῷ κόσμον καταλλάσσων ἑαυτῷ", ἡ δὲ καταλλαγὴ ἐγίνετο ἐν τῷ "ὡς ἀρνίον ἄκακον ἀγόμενον τοῦ θύεσθαι οὐκ ἔγνω". ἐλογίσαντο γὰρ ἐπ' αὐτὸν λογισμὸν <πονηρὸν> γνόντες τὸ "δεῖ τὸν υ(ἱὸ)ν τοῦ ἀν(θρώπ)ου πολλὰ παθεῖν καὶ ἀποκτανθῆναι καὶ τῇ τρίτῃ ἡμέρᾳ ἀ||ναστῆναι".
