These things the true sheep, the true lamb who takes away the sin of the world, the only one dying so that the whole nation of human beings may be saved — according to the high priest of that year, who was speaking without knowing.

Ταῦτα τὸ ἀληθινὸν πρόβατον, ὁ ἀληθῶς ἀμνὸς ὁ αἴρων τὴν ἁμαρτίαν τοῦ κόσμου, ὁ μόνος ἀποθνήσκων ἵνα τὸ πᾶν ἔθνος ἀν(θρώπ)ων σωθῇ κατὰ τὸν ἀρχιερέα τοῦ ἐνιαυτοῦ ἐκείνου, ὃς οὐκ εἰδὼς ἔλεγεν.
