Blessing and curse between the mountains

All Israel, elders, scribes, and judges stand on both sides of the ark — half toward Gerizim for blessing, half toward Ebal for curse. Sojourner and native alike. The whole law must be heard.

Omnis Israel et seniores et scribae et iudices stant hinc atque illinc arcae — dimidii contra Garizim ad benedicendum, dimidii contra Hebal ad maledicendum. Proselytus et indigena. Audienda lex tota.
