The true word: one sows and another reaps

For here the saying is true, ‘One sows and another reaps.’

So it is clear: after the prophetic sowing comes the apostolic harvest — one sows, another reaps.

Ἦν γὰρ τούτῳ ὁ λόγος ἐστὶν ἀληθινὸς ὅτι ἄλλος ἐστὶν ὁ σπείρων καὶ ἄλλος ὁ θερίζων.

οὕτω δῆλον πῶς ἄλλος ὁ σπείρων καὶ ἄλλος ὁ θερίζων ἐν τῇ ἀποστολικῇ θερισμῷ μετὰ τὸν προφητικὸν σπόρον.
