Behold I and the children God gave me

Give a wise man occasion and he will be wiser. Paul reads Behold, I and the children God has given me as Hebrews 2:13-14: the children shared flesh and blood, so the Savior shared them to destroy the one who holds death’s power.

Da sapienti occasionem et sapientior erit. Apostolus recordans: ecce ego et pueri quos Deus dedit mihi — quia pueri communicaverunt sanguini atque carni, et ipse proximo factus est, ut per mortem destruat eum qui imperium habet mortis.
