Prophets sum up: birth, healings, hatred, cross
The prophets have therefore announced that the Son of God was to be born among us, in what manner and in what place he was to be born, and that he would be the Christ, the only eternal king. They also foretold that the Son of God, having become human, would heal those whom he has healed, would raise the dead whom he has raised, and would be hated, despised, given over to torments, put to death, and crucified. (Isa 53; Ps 22)
He has been hated, despised, and put to death. (Jn 15:18-25; Acts 2:23)
