Matthew 5:44

Let us love enemies not insofar as they are adulterers or murderers, but insofar as they are human. Sinning belongs to activity, not to essence; that is why sin is not God’s work.

Εἰπὼν ἐὰν ὁ ὀφθαλμός σου σκανδαλίζῃ σε καὶ τὰ ἑξῆς, ὀφθαλ μὸν λέγει τὸν λογισμὸν τῆς ἐπιθυμίας, ὃν λέγει ἐκκόπτεσθαι.
