Matthew 17:24
And they ask Peter craftily. Since, they say, he is accustomed to oppose Moses’ laws, he does not even pay the didrachma — knowing that Christ had also said, “I came not to destroy the law but to fulfill,” and that the manner of the economy requires this. To these Peter said — perhaps blushing to converse about these things.

Εἰπὼν δὲ γενηθήτω σοὶ ὡς θέλεις βασιλικῶς ἐφθέγξατο οὐ δι' εὐχῆς τὸ πρᾶγμα ἀνύσας, ἀλλὰ διὰ τῆς θεοπρεποῦς αὐτῷ ἐξουσίας.
