Matthew 11:27
Knowledge of God comes under different aspects: as Creator, by which he created; as Judge, <by which he judged — and the rest. All these become clear to anyone to whom the Son> reveals them, and only if that person is God’s Son in no other sense. <So> the one who has received authority to become a child, when he has it and has not yet come to know, does not yet have the Father; but when he becomes such, once Jesus has revealed it, he will know as a brother.

Ὁ ὁμολογῶν, ὅτι θεός ἐστιν ὁ Χριστός, ταπεινώσας ἑαυτὸν μέλλει σχεῖν τὸν Χριστὸν ὁμολογοῦντα περὶ αὐτοῦ τῷ πατρί, ὅτι γνήσιός ἐστι δοῦλος.
